It is exclusively “Bellota” Ibérico, the highest classification under the Official Ibérico Quality Standard.
This loin is crafted from carefully selected lean Ibérico pork and seasoned with spices. Each piece undergoes an aging process in our own cellars, with a minimum curing period of 70 days, resulting in a distinctive flavor and an intense aroma.
