Courtoisies is a young French fine-food house specialising in premium plant-based gastronomy.

Its debut range of distinctive plant-based terrines showcases ingredients grown in France, with a particular focus on legumes from the Hauts-de-France region, paired with carefully selected noble ingredients inspired by the traditions of French gastronomy and charcuterie. All recipes are made without additives or preservatives and prepared using traditional sterilisation methods.

This commitment to quality has already been recognised by industry professionals: Courtoisies has been awarded a Best Of prize at the Gourmet Sélection trade show and will soon be listed at Le Gourmet des Galeries Lafayette - Boulevard Haussmann, one of France’s most iconic fine-food destinations.
