A blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Sémillon and 25% oak-fermented Chardonnay, grown in our high-altitude vineyards in the Bekaa Valley. It is layered with flavors of citrus and stone fruit, with a hint of a savory and creamy texture underpinned by beautiful acidity.
