Discover the best innovations of 2024 in 4 Fine Foods categories:

• Fine Foods with service: 
  products presented as 'products intended to be served' and thus offered to consumers via a traditional service.
  
  
• Fine Foods in self-service: 
  consumer-packaged products / self-service products.
  
  
• Fine Foods Foodservice: 
  products that are further processed by catering companies, mass caterers, or restaurants before being offered to consumers.
  
  
• Fine Foods Delicatessens: 
  premium consumer-packaged products and fine foods with traditional service specifically aimed at delis / specialty food stores and deli sections found in other kinds of shops.

With more than 110 exhibitor entries, the 1st round of judging got off to a promising start. An extensive jury of experts selected the best innovations with strong commercial potential.

Discover the selected products and the winners at Tavola 2024

All products that reach the 2nd jury round will be exhibited in the central Rambla, providing a perfect base for visitors to discover new products and inovations at Tavola.  The winners will be announced on 5 March. Follow our social media channels for all updates: linkedin - facebook - instagram

In Hall 5, you can discover the 3 best products from each category, and taste them! Also cast your vote there for one of the 12 award-winning products ; the product with the highest rating will receive the Golden Tavola Audience Award at the end of Tavola 2024.
