Tavola is THE meeting place for purchasers, managers & decision-makers of:
- retail distribution (purchasing centers, hypermarkets, supermarkets)
- wholesalers (for retail and hotel and catering institutions)
- import/export companies
- mini supermarkets, specialty stores, itinerant trade, webshops: delicatessen stores, butchers/caterers, dairies, fishmongers, drinks merchants, greengrocers, chocolate/confectionery stores, patisseries/bakers, etc.
- restaurants, catering companies and commercial kitchens
The professional character of the trade fair is strictly monitored.
Visitors must prove their identity at the entrance of Tavola.

In 2022 mainly from Belgium (86%) and neighboring countries: Netherlands (9%), France (4%), Luxembourg, Spain and Germany
and from: Andorra, Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Lebanon, Lithuania, Peru, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, United Kingdom, USA and Switzerland
Before covid-19, 82% of visitors were from Belgium.
