Makryonitis Syros Distillery is a family micro-distillery founded in 2017 on the island of Syros, in the heart of the Cyclades. Inspired by local distillation traditions, it works on a small scale using raw materials from the island – Cycladic grape pomace, citrus fruits and wild herbs.
The distillery produces a range of artisanal distillates reflecting the landscape and aromas of Syros, including fig spirit, tsipouro, aged tsipouro, Plantae herbal tsipouro, ouzo, as well as mastiha and carob liqueurs, available in different bottle sizes and formats.
