Cardamom Bun - Gerard Bakery

A Scandinavian classic with a refined twist. Our soft brioche dough is rolled out and filled with an original blend of 100% cardamom, sugar and butter. The dough is cut and hand-knotted into elegant buns before baking until golden. The result is a soft, lightly spiced Scandinavian pastry with a warm and delicate cardamom flavour.

All our buns are delivered fully baked and frozen, following a thaw & serve principle. They simply need around 2 hours to defrost before serving. This ensures consistent quality for the end customer without the need for additional ovens or staff training. The buns stay fresh for up to 32 hours, helping to minimise waste. They are also made with only around 12 natural ingredients.
