Our fermented red cabbage is a delicious source of probiotics and packed with fibers, vitamins, and minerals. We prepare this classic recipe with red cabbage and carrots, seasoned with mustard seeds, juniper berries, and bay leaves. This Polish specialty is wonderful on a sourdough roll or as a side dish with any hot or cold meal.
