Zester innovates by introducing a sustainable water kefir to the market that eliminates the cold chain. Using a unique fermentation technique, we create a fermented lemonade that is stable, long shelf-life and scalable.
How? We allow the water kefir to ferment until the flavour is perfectly balanced, then stop the process at exactly the right moment.
You may be wondering: “What about the health benefits?” We cannot share everything here, but they are numerous (less sugar, low cal, postbiotics, …).
