Handmade Pinsa topped with Belgian Ganda ham, Belgian ricotta, béchamel sauce, grated Emmental, cheddar, and a light, airy pinsa base made with sourdough and olive oil.
Generously garnished with carefully selected ingredients.

The sourdough dough is left to rise for a minimum of 48 hours, with no yeast used. This makes it light and easy to digest.

The tray is sustainable and easy to use, as it is oven-safe. Ready in just 9 minutes.
The Pinsa with Ganda ham can also be prepared in the air fryer in 7 minutes.

Healthy snacking, ideal as an aperitif bite or for a sharing board.
