Holy Cow chocolate, founded in 2021 and based in Ghent (Belgium), offers an exceptional chocolate experience with delicate natural flavours based upon the seasonality of fine cacao. The subtle taste differences between the 'Monsoon' and the 'Dry' editions are surprising, natural and authentic.
The two founders, Ellen and Luca, who moved to Kerala (India) in 2015 to study and perfect the cacao harvest, fermentation and drying process are till day running GoGround Beans & Spices, a sustainable and transparent cacao business ensuring a stable and direct income for more than 200 small-scale cocoa farmers.
The outcome is a vegan assortment of natural cocoa powder, roasted cacao nibs, chocolate drops, cacao-nut spreads and our chocolate tablets & Neapolitans. Crafted with a minimal usage of ingredients, less sweet, more taste, no additives.
