BonRill is now in the hands of the 5th generation of a familiy from Ypres, Belgium. After Guido Vandromme, 3rd generation of a butcher's family, tasted rillettes during his vacation in France, he carefully developed his own personal recipe for rillettes. To this day, the production process remains artisanal and local, while the distribution is global. In a constantly changing world, we keep on innovating.
