Terre de Fromages has been producing and maturing cheeses in Herve, in eastern Belgium, for almost 40 years.
This family business, located in the Pays de Herve, a region of hedged farmland and pastures renowned for its cheese-making tradition, transforms the equivalent of the production of 30 local dairy farms into Belgian regional cheeses, including the only Belgian PDO cheese, Herve cheese, cheeses from Val-Dieu Abbey, Meule du Plateau, and many others.
