Authentic Belgian Abbey Cheese

Inspired by the great tradition of Belgian abbey cheeses, this cheese expresses a strong and authentic identity. It is made using milk collected directly from farmers located within a 10 km radius of the dairy, ensuring a local origin and carefully selected raw material. Its natural rind supports the maturation process and contributes to the development of deep, well-balanced aromas.

With its smooth, supple and homogeneous texture, this cheese delivers an excellent melt, making it ideal for raclette. On the palate, it reveals a distinctive and indulgent flavour, true to the character of abbey-style cheeses, with a fine aromatic intensity that remains well balanced. A cheese designed to elevate moments of sharing through a warm and flavourful tasting experience.

A format designed for enjoyment

Presented in a round wheel of approximately 5 kg, this format is perfectly suited to traditional raclette equipment, whether served as a half or quarter wheel. It allows for easy cutting and even melting, ensuring smooth and controlled service.

Accessible and thoughtfully crafted

Naturally lactose-free, it is suitable for people with lactose intolerance. Made with non-animal rennet, it is also suitable for a vegetarian diet, combining enjoyment, technical precision and accessibility.
