The name “Nagara,” meaning “while,” reflects our wish for people to enjoy this sake in a more casual, everyday way—beyond the traditional image of highly aromatic junmai daiginjo served as an aperitif. Enjoy sake while dining, while chatting with friends, while camping… savor it in any moment alongside good food and good company. This junmai daiginjo sake is brewed using Olive Yeast No.15, sourced from olives grown on Shodoshima. Crafted with the rare “Shubo Yondan” method, it features a refined aroma, soft mouthfeel, and rich umami, making it an ideal companion for meals.
Developed through the Kagawa Prefecture Local Food Industry Collaboration Project (LFP) in 2022, this sake supports local producers while allowing you to enjoy a traditionally aperitif-style junmai daiginjo casually with food.
