Founded in 2015 by oenologist Nikos Karatzas in the cool region of Drama, Oenops Wines collaborates with passionate, environmentally conscious growers across Greece, managing around 50 hectares of old, dry-farmed indigenous vines. Vinification in Drama is gentle, with natural fermentation and alternative vessels such as amphorae and concrete tanks, producing authentic, single-varietal, natural wines. The portfolio includes 3 entry-level wines, 4 single-varietal wines from indigenous grapes, and 2 natural wines with no added sulfites.
