Artisanal Organic Corsican Clementine Jam

Our Organic Corsican Clementine Jam is an ode to exceptional citrus fruit and to the patient work of the artisan. An emblematic fruit of the Isle of Beauty, the Corsican clementine captivates with its natural sweetness, aromatic freshness and delicately zesty fragrance. At Muroise et Compagnie, we have chosen to elevate it without artifice, with full respect for the fruit and the gesture.

Each clementine is peeled and zested by hand, then cooked in a copper cauldron with organic, fair-trade brown cane sugar to preserve the finesse of its aromas and its subtle balance between sweetness and a hint of bitterness. This attention at every stage of production gives rise to a refined, luminous and elegant jam, where flecks of zest add texture and depth.

Hand-filled in our workshop in Vallet, this jam reveals a delicate texture and a fresh, almost sun-kissed flavour that evokes Corsican orchards bathed in light. On tasting, it offers a lovely long finish, with generous pieces of fruit and a controlled brightness—ideal for waking up the palate at breakfast.

Our Organic Corsican Clementine is a seasonal jam with character, perfect on brioche, a buttered slice of bread, stirred into yoghurt, or to enhance a winter dessert. A sincere, refined and joyful artisanal creation that embodies the spirit of Muroise et Compagnie: the taste of the real thing, respect for the fruit, and the pleasure of sharing.
