CHAMART presents two grades of Organic Hojicha in both leaf and powder formats.
Both grades are available with a stable supply, and you can taste and sample the first grade at TAVOLA.
Brewed leaf hojicha pairs well with fresh mint leaves, while hojicha powder is excellent for making lattes.
Hojicha contains less caffeine than matcha.
