CHAMART presents eight grades of Organic Matcha. The first four are ceremonial grades, and the remaining five are non-ceremonial. Due to the global matcha boom, most grades are currently sold out. However, the fifth grade is available in stable supply and featured at TAVOLA. Although it is categorized as non-ceremonial, this grade is suitable for both drinking and culinary use. Small quantities of ceremonial grades (up to 20 kg) may also be available upon request.
