La Perle Noire

KOMBUSTACHE, a premium aperitif brand made from fermented tea.

This natural, organic, sparkling, and non-alcoholic drink allows you to party with friends without the intoxication.

Key milestones:

- 2024 Gold Medal at the World Alcohol-Free Awards in London with La Perle Noire

- 2025 Finalist at the Trophée des Terroirs, bringing together artisans of good food and drink

- 2026 Finalist at the Tavola d’Or

This formula gets its name from the famous white pearl of the north, the chicon, also known as chicory. But in our case, it is subtly flavored with roasted chicory juice, hence the name “black pearl,” giving it caramel notes. It is round on the palate and a little deeper.

The goal is to offer the festive experience of a large celebration bottle, with the pleasure of sparkle and the nobility of taste, without alcohol or excess sugar.
