This product range consists of fruit that is freeze-dried, i.e. almost all the water is removed by first freezing it and then drying it (the ice is converted directly into water vapour). This gives the products a long shelf life, while retaining their taste, colour and nutrients.
The clean label range, based on 100% natural ingredients, contains no added sugar, colourings or preservatives and has a light, crunchy texture.
There are two types of product groups: fruit with and without chocolate coating.
The chocolate-free range consists of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, peaches, apples, pears, mangoes and pineapples. The chocolate-coated range consists of strawberries, raspberries and cherries.
These products are mainly positioned as an innovative snacking concept, but they can also be consumed with granola, smoothies or yoghurt.
