A Belgian twist on our Scandinavian buns. Our soft brioche dough is rolled out and generously filled with a rich blend of cocoa, chocolate chips and butter. The dough is then hand-knotted into beautiful buns and baked until golden brown. The result is a deliciously soft bun with deep chocolate flavours and a perfectly balanced sweetness. A favourite in retail.
All our buns are delivered fully baked and frozen, following a thaw & serve principle. They simply need around 2 hours to defrost before serving. This ensures consistent quality for the end customer without the need for additional ovens or staff training. The buns stay fresh for up to 32 hours, helping to minimise waste. They are also made with only around 12 natural ingredients.
