Cinnamon Bun - Gérard Bakery

Our traditional favourite, made from soft and buttery brioche dough that is rolled out and spread with a blend of cinnamon, sugar and butter. The dough is cut into pieces and each piece is hand-knotted into beautiful buns before baking. The result is a soft, sweet and traditionally Swedish treat with a warm cinnamon flavour.

All our buns are delivered fully baked and frozen, following a thaw & serve principle. They simply need around 2 hours to defrost before serving. This ensures consistent quality for the end customer without the need for additional ovens or staff training. The buns stay fresh for up to 32 hours, helping to minimise waste. They are also made with only around 12 natural ingredients.
