In Lesignano de' Bagni, on the banks of the Parma river, opposite Langhirano, Ferrarini Prosciutto di Parma is aged in our cellars. Careful selection of raw materials, respect for ancient local traditions combined with patented innovations in the salting, drying, and curing processes allow us to produce a product with a unique taste that evokes the atmosphere and flavors of the past.
