Artisanal Jam “Ma Délicate” – Cherry and Amaretto

Our “Ma Délicate” – Cherry and Amaretto jam is conceived as a refined indulgence, at the crossroads of fruit and the gentle sweetness of almond. Part of the “Les Précieuses” collection, it embodies a tasting jam—elegant and subtle—crafted for palates in search of finesse.

Prepared with generous bigarreau cherries, prized for their flesh and flavour, this recipe reveals an intense, deep fruit character, slowly candied to preserve all its indulgence. Amaretto then enhances the cherry with delicate notes of sweet almond, bringing roundness and elegance without ever masking the fruit.

Cooked in a copper cauldron and hand-filled in our workshop in Vallet, this jam offers a generous texture, rich in pieces, and a beautifully lingering finish. On tasting, it evokes exceptional desserts, Italian delicacies, and pleasures to be savoured slowly.

“Ma Délicate” – Cherry and Amaretto can be enjoyed on brioche, a thin slice of bread, a crêpe, fresh cheese, or to elevate a chocolate dessert—or even ice cream. A precious jam, both indulgent and delicate, true to the spirit of Muroise et Compagnie: creativity, artisanal know-how, and emotion in a jar.
