Ignis Templi is a delicate golden single malt whisky, with notes of malt and vanilla, and a lingering buttery aftertaste. The distillate was matured for over three years in medium-toasted French oak casks. Because our distillation technique is so slow, the vapors are constantly in equilibrium during distillation, allowing us complete control over the composition of the spirits core.
