About five years ago, I graduated as a Bioengineer from KU Leuven and my interest in nutrition introduced me to the concept kombucha.

What is kombucha?
To make kombucha, you usually start with tea (black or green) enriched with natural sugar. Yeasts are added to this tea, which convert the sugars into alcohol. Then, other microorganisms convert this alcohol into delicious and healthy acids. The result is a refined with a refreshing touch.

From this experience, we created Selia&Scob,
a flavorful, 100% kombucha drink (not diluted),
crafted by ourselves in the Kempen,
and specially created for those who want to enjoy a fun and healthy alcohol-free experience.

This makes our kombuchas pure, intensely flavorful and without gas.
Not just another soft drink, but a refined alternative to an aperitif or glass of wine. Also nice to combine with food.
