Tavola is THE meeting place for purchasers, managers & decision-makers of:
- retail distribution (purchasing centres, hypermarkets, supermarkets)
- wholesalers (for retail and hotel and catering institutions)
- import/export companies
- mini supermarkets, speciality stores, itinerant trade, webshops : delicatessen stores, butchers/caterers, dairies, fishmongers, drinks merchants, greengrocers, chocolate/confectionery stores, patisseries/bakers, etc.
- restaurants, catering companies and commercial kitchens
The professional character of the trade fair is strictly monitored.
Visitors must prove their identity at the entrance of Tavola.
