Our botanicals come from all over the world… and from our own garden as well. From angelica to clove, and nutmeg in between. The selection was one of the most difficult choices. Through experimentation, we discovered which herbs can contribute to an intense flavour experience, even without alcohol.

The grapefruit is roasted and then dried, allowing its astringency to transform into a beautiful balance between fruitiness and bitterness.

Blackberries release their fruity notes during steam distillation. Raspberry, lavender, cherry, lychee, rhubarb, rose, violet and strawberry also contribute to this unique and innovative blend.
