Bone in Dry-cured Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico pork Ham

The Alta Expresión Acorn-fed 100% Iberian Ham Bone-in comes from 100% Ibérico breed pigs. It is a unique lineage of animals, a legacy of our ancestors, transferring the character, flavor and perfect texture into each piece, thanks to having been raised free-range on our own dehesas. It is one of our most highly valued pieces that is subjected o a sailing and aging process. Also, it is exclusively "Bellota" (Acorn-fed) Ibérico pork, the highest category in the Official Ibérico Pork Classification.


The Ham has been subjected to a long aging process in our own natural drying houses for a minimum of 36 months. This guarantees its excellent flavor and intense aroma. The piece shows the characteristics marbling due to the oleic acid provided by its diet of acorns.
