The Solar Distillery creates unique aperitifs (HALO, gin, limoncello, coffee liqueur) distilled using solar heat. This technology was developed in-house.

HALO is a new aperitif with the real taste of gin, available in a spicy and a citrus version, but low in alcohol: a HALO & Tonic contains less than 2% alcohol, while still delivering a full, authentic flavor. Come and taste it!
