Domaine Brassicole de l’Eau Vive is a craft brewery located in the Gaume region in southern Belgium. Our beers are brewed using natural spring water sourced directly from our estate, in a natural setting along the Semois river.

Our philosophy is simple: to create authentic beers that preserve the character and aromas of their style while remaining exceptionally smooth and easy to drink.

The estate also includes a guesthouse, an event venue and a tasting room, allowing visitors to experience our beers directly at the source.
