LANDALUZ is the first Agro-food Cluster in the Andalusian region. We were born 35 years ago to promote and commercialize foodstuffs from our Andalusian associates. With more than 100 producers from all the food sectors: fish and vegetable preserves, ham and charcuterie, wines and beverages, spices and pulses, rice, bakery products, honey & jams, etc. 

We are specialized in national and international promotion and commercialization. In exportation, we have more than 12 years of experience in Europe, Asia and America. 

For this TAVOLA 2026 edition we will be exhibiting with 4 of our companies: 

• ALCALÁ OLIVA (https://alcalaoliva.com): Extra Virgin Olive Oil producers from Jaén, specialized in the flavoured-olive oils. 

• CASA SANTOÑA (https://casasantona.com): salted, smoked fish products, fish preserves, specialized in Cantabrian anchovies and white anchovies. 

• OLEOESTEPA (https://oleoestepa.com): one of the biggest cooperatives of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, placed in Estepa (Seville). 

• COVAP (https://covap.es): cooperative from Cordoba specialized in the iberico products of the best quality as well as dairy products (cheeses, milk, butter...)
