At Sunshine Chocolats, good chocolate isn't just about pleasure. It's about revolutionizing the cocoa industry.
Since 2023, our chocolate factory, based in Brittany (France), has been producing organic, fair trade, gourmet chocolate bars with a major challenge in mind: making chocolate fairer, more sustainable, and more vibrant.
To achieve this, we invent and design solar roasters, machines capable of processing beans directly on site in cocoa growing areas. The impact? Job creation, training, and a meaningful industry. Our first solar machine has been installed in Ambanja, Madagascar, at the end of 2025. Our solar adventure is becoming a reality.
Today, Sunshine Chocolats offers two ranges and 20 recipes, packaged or in bulk, distributed in 600 local, bulk, and organic stores. Gourmet, responsible, and uncompromising chocolates.
