“Papy Marcel” is a brand launched just one year ago by Théo and Victoria, brother and sister, whose ambition is to introduce their grandfather Marcel's delicious croquettes to the mass retail and HORECA sectors.
They started with an observation: everyone loves croquettes, many people eat them in restaurants or at home, but they are often poorly made, like fast food.
So they had an idea: to offer croquette lovers a truly creamy and melt-in-the-mouth delicacy, full of flavor, like those found in certain restaurants that always opt for homemade food.
The croquettes contain no added chemicals or preservatives. The emphasis is on quality ingredients, a creamy texture, and crispy breadcrumbs. Every effort is made to respect the expertise of their grandfather, a former restaurateur, and to develop the company internationally.
