At Dierendonck, everything revolves around craftsmanship, passion and terroir. Every cut of meat tells a story – about its origin, the farmer and the animal. Founder Hendrik Dierendonck works closely with local farmers and carefully selects breeds with character, such as West Flemish Red cattle and Menapii pork.
In our own workshops, we process everything in an artisanal way, respecting tradition while striving for the highest quality. No mass production, just pure flavours, honest products and true nose-to-tail craftsmanship.
Every day, we continue to build a story that starts on the land and ends on the plate.
