Since 1976, our family business, Les Rillettes de l’Ermitage, has combined the finest raw materials with unique artisanal expertise, using slow cooking to create its premium rillettes.

For 50 years, we have specialized in a range of 100% natural rillettes.

IFS certified since 2004, we guarantee all our recipes are free of preservatives, nitrites, and allergens.

We produce our unique rillettes under our own brand as well as for numerous partner clients, according to their respective packaging and branding requirements.

In 2022, aware of the challenges facing the charcuterie industry, we are proud to highlight that our rillettes contain less than 1g of salt per 100g in each of our recipes.

We offer extended shelf lives in a range of fresh, 100% vacuum-packed products.

We have a very wide range of recipes, sizes, and incredibly delicious specialty rillettes.

In 2024, to adapt to the new demands of the charcuterie market, we developed a second range under a second brand, which you can discover during this edition of Tavola 2026.
