The story behind NOIX and HANDGEBRAND begins with founder Jasper van Dijk. In 2009, at the age of 15, he walked into the award-winning Notenwinkel van Zeist looking for a retail internship.
Under the guidance of Edwin Schreff, he learned everything about premium nuts, delicacies, craftsmanship and entrepreneurship.
What started as an internship quickly developed into a lifelong passion. With the ambition to bring a fresh perspective to the traditional nut industry, Jasper started his own company in 2020 from his student room.
Today, Guido and Jasper are building a growing company focused on quality, flavour and innovation in the world of nuts and delicacies.
We believe the nut industry is ready for a necessary improvement in quality. That is why we carefully select the best raw materials and develop products that stimulate the senses and excite the palate.
