Mademoiselle Desserts is a leading European producer of frozen desserts and pastries, with 12 production sites across France, the UK, the Netherlands, and Belgium. We offer a wide range of products – from cakes, pastries, and muffins to moelleux and innovative concepts – serving retail, foodservice, and QSR markets in over 45 countries.

Since 2023, our Waregem site (formerly Galana) has been part of the group. Here we produce the world-famous moelleux, along with cakes, tartelettes, and muffins. Our portfolio also includes ice cream and sorbets under the Pagotini brand.

In 2024, Mademoiselle Desserts was acquired by the Swiss Emmi Group, creating an international Desserts Powerhouse and strengthening our position in the premium dessert segment worldwide.
