In addition to finished products, we have also been producing nougat as an ingredient or semi-finished product for a long time, for further use in various applications. There are two product categories within the ingredients, namely nougat cream and granulated nougat.

For example, nougat granules are used as decoration, inclusion, etc. in chocolate, pastry and ice cream applications. It gives a nice crunch and nougat flavour. Available in conventional, Fairtrade and vegan quality.

The nougat cream is mainly mixed as a seasoning in a filling for pralines, filled chocolate bars, bakery products or ice cream.
