Between Sunday 13 and Tuesday 15 March Tavola, the trade fair for fine food retailers and delicatessens, will be back offering a tremendous source of inspiration with its unique selection of the latest products and best delicatessen in the market. Companies from Belgium and abroad will be showcasing a unique assortment of fine food and drinks. Classic delicatessen & trendy food, private brands, major brands and little-known new discoveries. Tavola is the platform for select premium products of market leaders as well as exclusive artisan products. A large number of exhibitors from abroad will be present again: individual participants as well as pavilions representing countries like the Netherlands, France Luxembourg, Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Greece, Poland, Hungary and South Africa. This this year several zones have been earmarked for artisan producers where they can present their original and high-quality products on small, uniform stands.

As you can see, Tavola presents a unique assortment of premium quality products from all different categories: potato/fruit/vegetable products, ready-to-eat dishes and catering products, frozen foods, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), coffee and tea, dry food, specialities and delicatessen, vegetarian products, fish and seafood, meat, meat products, game and poultry, confectionary, bread and cakes, dairy products. These different categories also include organic and eco-friendly food, regional products and ethnic food, gluten-free and allergen-free food, halal, kosher, etc.

Thanks to it unflagging focus on superior quality and on its rigorous selection that only includes high-quality foods, Tavola is not only the leading platform for unique products and exhibitors; it is also an inspiring and exceptional experience for visitors and exhibitors alike thanks to the carefully studied profile and finely targeted strategic approach. And that’s not all - Tavola also takes a strong stance with regards new and innovative products that are selected and promoted with verve via the Golden Tavola 2016 competition among others.

At Tavola 2016 around 400 exhibitors that have made it through the strict selection rounds will showcase their products and services in five halls in an ambiance specifically designed to satisfy the needs of exhibitors and visitors. The ideal ambiance in fact for promoting products and sharing experiences. Among the exhibitors are a great number of companies that have become familiar friends at this biennial event. But around 33% of t he exhibitors are newcomers who have not been with us before and who bring us new products and new experiences.

At the time of writing on 20 December 10,000m² of stand space has already been booked. Which means that Tavola is well on its way to ensuring a unique and inspiring platform for the retail and wholesale sector, for distributors, import and export companies, special enterprises and catering organisations.
