The Golden Tavola is awarded to the best new products at the fair. All entries are submitted to two rounds of critical judging by juries composed of buyers, chefs, and representatives from trend bureaus and trade journals, who select the best innovations for you.
You will discover the 3 best products of each category in hall 5, and all 108 participating products in the Rambla.
