Massive interest in the Golden Tavola competition:

An impressive 78.1% of visitors had chosen to come to TAVOLA 2012 in order to seek out new products. The Golden Tavola is the award given to the best new products at the trade fair and provides the visitors with an excellent source of information from which they can draw inspiration and prepare their visit to the fair. There were two selection sessions during which the jury assessed no less than 108 products in four categories before they reached their ultimate decision on the winners. The professional judges selected the following winning products:
